  • Home warranty options are sent to the buyer (when seller credit is provided) and ensure order is placed with invoice being sent to title for payment.

  • Offer drafting available or prelisting assistance.
  • Ensure appraisal has been ordered and follow up regarding delivery.
  • Lender communication and Financing approval progress follow up to ensure buyer is clearin

  • Lender communication and Financing approval progress follow up to ensure buyer is clearing conditions, appraisal is ordered/delivered and loan is on track for clear to close.
  • Monitor delivery of invoices and proof of repair completion per the agreement amendments.
  • Online seller questionnaire providing seller or listing agent helpful information for the buyer.
  • Review the final approved closing statement.

TERMS

  • No termination fees
  • Pricing is per side, per closed file - discount to be applied on intermediary transactions
  • Fees paid on the commission disbursement agreement or invoiced at the time of funding
  • Prices are subject to change at anytime
