A transaction coordinator (TC) is a valuable asset to a real estate agent, providing support in various aspects of the transaction process and enabling agents to operate more efficiently and effectively. The TC can often assist the real estate agent with deadline management, compliance assurance, scalability, and allowing the agent to focus on their client relationships, marketing and showing of properties and so much more.

Do I still have control over the transaction when working with a transaction coordinator?

Yes, real estate agents maintain control over the overall transaction. Transaction coordinators are there to support and assist, but final decisions and approvals rest with the agent.

Does Mainstay Leverage get paid for a transaction if it terminates?

Transaction Coordinators (TCs) at Mainstay Leverage do not impose termination fees and receive compensation exclusively upon the successful closure of a file paid at the time of funding.

Does Mainstay Leverage prepare contracts on behalf of agents?

We assist with entering contract terms provided by the agent into appropriate forms and routing for signatures. The agent retains responsibility for contract terms, negotiations, review, and approvals. We do not provide legal advice or act as a broker for parties
