Heidi’s background spans a wide range of real estate transactions, including short sales, REOs, foreclosures, multifamily properties, new construction, and luxury homes. She is certified with TSAHC and down payment assistance programs and is VA-certified, giving her a strong understanding of programs that support both buyers and sellers—especially veterans and active-duty service members.
